Breathwork Sessions

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses a continuous, flowing breath to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and deepen self-awareness. Each session is guided with care, allowing you to move at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

A gentle introduction to breathwork, ideal for first-time clients.

  • Online – 380 AED
     

✨ Restore – 4 Sessions
A structured series to build awareness and support deeper transformation.

  • Four 90-minute sessions – 1,500 AED

  • Online – 1,100 AED
     

✨Renew – 10 Sessions
A long-term container for deep healing, integration, and growth.

Sound Healing

Sound healing uses vibration and frequency to guide the body into a deeply relaxed and restorative state. These sessions help calm the nervous system, release tension, and support emotional balance.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow, restorative practice focused on stillness, deep release, and nervous system regulation. Postures are held for longer periods, allowing the body to gently unwind and reset both physically and emotionally.
