I’m Zoe, and I’m passionate about bringing the transformative power of breathwork, sound
healing and yin yoga into both personal and professional spaces.
These practices have profoundly shifted my own life, helping me move from stress and overwhelm into a place of clarity, balance, and grounded energy. I believe that when we learn
to regulate the nervous system and reconnect with the body, everything changes – how we feel, how we relate to others, and how we show up in our work and leadership.


In today’s fast‑paced environments, pressure and burnout have become the norm. Through carefully guided breathwork, sound therapy, and restorative yin yoga, I create spaces where individuals and teams can pause, reset, and reconnect. The results are tangible: improved focus, reduced stress, greater emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of wellbeing.
